This year, we would like all Saba Grotto members to join us at the Muskogee Castle on October 10th and bring your Fez.

Saba Grotto #142 will hold its Veiled Prophet Ceremonial this year on Saturday, October 17th, beginning with lunch at Noon, and the Veiled Prophet Degree following at 1 PM.

• Land at TUL on Thursday and be met at the Airport by Secretary Dewey J. Thompson / 918-221-1477
• Check in at Hotel Indigo Tulsa DWTN-Entertainment Area

• Attend Saba Grotto’s stated meeting with dinner at 6 PM and meeting at 7:00 PM at the Akdar Shrine, 2808 S. Sheridan Rd, Tulsa OK 74129
• After stated meeting / Revels meeting headed by David Whitehead
• • Go back to Hotel Indigo for the evening Nightcap.

Friday

Wake up 8:00 AM

Dewey picks Monarch Haley and Lady Cindy from the hotel.

• Go on an Adventure to Woolaroc Ranch / 1925 Woolaroc Ranch Rd., Bartlesville, OK (918) 336-0307
• Meet Andy Peck at the Ranch.
• Have a Buffalo Burger for lunch at the Prairie Dome Cafe
• Go to Pawhuska, Oklahoma, to Bucking Flamingo and The Pioneer Woman shop.
• • Friday night, everyone will have dinner at the Prospect Bar and Grill located in the Hotel.
  • Admiral Twin drive-through Friday night after dinner to see Christmas lights, and/or Rhema Bible School
